We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Certain types of goods are non-returnable, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Personal items such as water bottles, socks, or undergarments (for hygiene reasons)


How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@Thedarkgoth.shop with your order number and the reason for your return.

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@theDarkgoth.shop
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
